Information

Tribe leaders were introduced during our fireside on June 28. If youth do not know their assignment, they can contact a member of the stake YM/YW presidency or their ward YW President/ Bishop.

We have tried to make sure there are at least two people the same age/gender in each group. We know it’s hard to possibly not see a friend’s name in the same tribe, but this can also be a good opportunity to make new friends.

In reality, the youth aren’t going to be with just their tribe for more than a few hours. They will always be combined with another tribe (including cabin assignments for sleeping) except for Tribe Time. We have built in time to “Wander in the Wilderness” (free time) and join the “Gathering of the Tribes” (entire stake together).

Youth not yet assigned to a tribe who still want to attend can contact ward or stake leaders. We want all to participate!! We will just need permission slips.

LATE ARRIVALS: We are excited to have you join as at youth conference – whenever you can get there! If you will be arriving after the group, please note this important information.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, youth who arrive late must be added to the camp’s visitor list before they can access the property. If you’ll be arriving late, please let your YM/YW leader, your tribe leader, or a member of the stake leadership know so we can add your name to the list. When you arrive at the camp, the staff will notify us, and stake leaders will meet you and escort you to your group.

Leaders, speakers, or other adult guests arriving after Thursday at 2:00 p.m. will need an access code to enter the camp. Please contact a member of the stake leadership in advance to receive that information.

We look forward to seeing everyone at Heber Valley
